Community Management
I build communities where people don’t just show up.
They participate, contribute, and feel a sense of belonging.

Through thoughtful engagement initiatives, live events, and consistent relationship-building, I help turn audiences into active members who feel invested in the space and in each other.
Engagement Initiatives
One of my favorite aspects of community engagement is creating initiatives that actively involve members.

For AnimChallenge, I developed an initiative called 72HR PoseChallenge - a short, high-impact challenge designed to push animators to strengthen their posing skills, while offering an accessible alternative for members who didn’t have the time to commit to month-long challenges.

The initiative quickly gained traction, with community members returning month after month to participate and share their work.

Live Events
One of my favorite parts of community management is hosting live events. Whether I’m interviewing industry pros or leading group discussions, I love creating an engaging, welcoming space for everyone.

Most recently, I hosted a live conversation with Izabela Bzymek (Animation Supervisor at Agora.Studio) about the key areas new animators should focus on to level up their work and stand out in the industry.
